Album Recommendations

Black Heart is a beast of an album, packed from front to back with drop-tuned bangers. It’s an exemplar of modern death metal, with strong vocals, creative licks, and a unique accompaniment of synths and other production effects, and that’s before we even talk about the drumming.
The drum part in Deliverance specifically had me listening to that song for months on repeat; there’s something about it that’s just so groovy despite being so complex. The titular song Black Heart along with Devil in Me also deserve mention, as they are a great showcase of kick patterns. Great listen for getting hyped or getting in the zone.
