This was what I first started listening to after breaking out of my radio pop phase. I remember it clearly despite barely remembering what I did yesterday. I was sitting in middle school band class watching a some GTA V stunt montage and the outro music for the channel I’d happened upon was Flight. I was instantly hooked, and I found the song and listened to it on repeat for more or less the next 72 hours straight. Needless to say, it was all downhill from there.
My last but not least most influential album is packed with bangers, and I still get a bit of nostalgia playing through tracks like More, Dreams, and Origami. If you’re a fan of electronic, and especially if you’re a fan of older Monstercat, you should go back and take a listen to some of these classics. It’s something you might just cherish forever.
